His name is Bynds, Jammo Bynds. Agent 6 7/8. And he is the guild's resident connection to the Stormwind Intelligence Agency, SI:7. However, currently, only Kaigan, Wysen, and Bellatrixee have learned the truth about him. To all others he is simply a bumbling engineer who hangs around the guild headquarters.
SI:7 first became aware of the Order of the Tankard, when Kaigan helped Tabitha, the aged witch of Duskwallow Marsh. They considered him and his paltry guild, nothing more than a group of misfits, with a disturbing fascination for inebriation. It would not be until the events of "The Quest For the Holy Ale", that SI:7 would come to realize how formidable the guild might actually be.
So it was decided that the guild had to be infiltrated, to determine it's loyalty to the Alliance, and also what measure of threat it offered if otherwise. Though many veterans of the agency offered to do this, Matthias Shaw was certain that the more well-travelled members of the guild, would recognize some of these (in)famous rogues. So he chose the newly initiated Jammo. Jammo had proven himself adept at dealing with the Defias organization in Northshire and Elwynn Forest.
And so, Jammo approached Kaigan Irongut, the Brewmaster of the Order and asked to join the guild. Kaigan, who was eager to boost the numbers of the guild, quickly agreed and initiated him into the guild. One day, several weeks after his initiation, Jammo learned of a secret meeting between the highest ranking members of the guild, the Kegmeisters. He snuck into the then guild headquarters, "The Pig n' Whistle" tavern in Old Town district of Stormwind, and spied upon the leaders. It was only by chance, that one of the Kegmeisters, Bellatrixee, arrived late, and as she was walking in to the tavern, noticed the small hunched figure. Using her race's natural ability to meld into the shadows, she snuck up to Jammo and surprised him by wrapping roots around him. Leaving him in nature's unrelenting grasp, she joined the meeting. Afterwards, she brough Jammo before Kaigan and Wysen. Under the scrutiny and powers arrayed against him, Jammo was forced to relay everything to them. The next day, Kaigan had a meeting with Matthias Shaw.
Since then, Jammo has become a valuable member of the guild, and also a liason to SI:7. With his help, Kaigan was able to requisition the S.S. Mugchucker, which became not only Kaigan's new home, but also the Order's new headquarters. He recieves a great deal of mechanical assistance from his friend and fellow agent/guildmember Gabbix, a.k.a.: Agent G. Since their cooperation, the Order of the Tankard has become a valuable asset to SI:7 and the Alliance.
